Back from my first trip to NZ, where there was midwinter, and stuff and people and weather and fighting and wool!
The whole event was great, although I now know for sure that when it comes to late nights, I'm a complete lightweight. I had at least 8 hours sleep each night.
Met some intruiging folk and saw some spectacular mountains.
Fought in the queens champion tournament and managed to totally psyche myself out and die like a dog. I got into the pickups and everything came as together as could be expected given the 5 month break. The October road trip is looking better and better.
Oh, and Pics!
We went shopping on Monday morning and bought suitable quantities of wool whilst there.
Strange money though.
What's the number of the beast?
What's 10 minus 4?
That'll never get old.
Note to self: Never say the words pink, monster, wrestle and overnight in the same sentence. I'm so very, very blonde.

I don't know watching the entire Court stifle laughs as you dug youirsefl further into the "wrestling with the pink beast ALL NIGHT" hole was really worth the price of admission. Rodrigo, you really do have the most wicked grin.
Hrothers.
Says the man I shared a room with. :P
Bwahahahaaha.
Ahem.
