I've been meaning to post forever.
There was festival and preparation for festival!
See!

I took the back seats out of the patrol.

Fonud a small pile of stuff to put in it!

Found some more stuff to put in it!

Loaded it to the eyeballs!

Then crammed two friends in it for fun!
For the first time ever, I made it to and from festival without a complete ballsup at some point. Woohoo!
Now I know what I want for next year;
Paint bed - I'm thinking some sort of late period finish... any suggestions out there? I need to not have white bed posts anymore.
Replace Bed Slats - The slats this year were feeling the strain a little, given that they're recycled pallet timber.
Replace Tent end boards - Because with the new mattress, it's so high the pillows fall off the bed, on a more damp site = bad thing!
Paint chairs - Yellow was always a nice undercoat (seconds paint), now they need a nice gothic finish. Holbien's Totentanz could be cool.
Make chests for transport and furniture - Very worth doing with the patrol. I'm thinking glass packing cases for the timber.
Make Battery chest - Not so neccessary with the new site?
Collapsible Vanity and Sink - cause I want to
Shower Tent - good idea depending on below
Gas shower system - did I hear something about deluxe campsites for $200 a head?
More carpets for floor - cause they're such a nice feel
Cushions - for that increased budwah vibe
Inner tent lining - a woolen layer to go inside the canvas to warm the entire tent
New Non-Baronial Canopy - not so cool to have baronial colour above the bed now methinks
Finish tent lighting system - new site, batteries.... not so sure.
Over-centre winch for Patrol - If I make the chests, then this would be an easy way to swing them up no effort. Worth tying in with a lighting system, to make that late night packing easier.

Always nice to have a 'small' list of things that need doing. *grin*
